Flight 456
Our Ministry for 4th-6th Graders
A great program being developed at Journey is called "Flight 456" (for 4th thru 6th grades). The program includes:
Sunday Gathering - meeting at both 9:30 & 11:00am during the worship hour, hanging out & learning about Jesus. We use this group to help develop our pre-teens as leaders in their group and as worshippers of Jesus.
FLIGHT456 Life Group takes off on Tuesday Oct 4th from 5:30-7pm, meeting at the home of Mark & Shelly Quinn (1586 Arrigotti Ln). For more info email Kelly or Mark.
Project 4:12 - A special gathering for 6th Graders on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. This group is learning how to serve as leaders in the ministry, using this time as training and preparation.
Special Events - Periodically throughout the year, we hold special event nights (usually on Friday nights), where they can invite their friends and have fun together. Check back at the website or subscribe to our mailing list (email: journeykids@journeycc.net ) for more information.
Also, for this age-group, we have a week-long camp in July every year, as well as an overnight retreat in March. Check it out, make new friends, and learn more about Jesus with us!
